How it will work

Connect. Automate. Reply. Review.

Four steps from a business number to a team that answers every customer on time. This is the planned workflow; what is possible at launch depends on our implementation, your account’s eligibility and approvals from third parties such as Meta.

  1. 01

    Connect your number

Link an eligible business messaging account to Mark Automation.

  2. 02

    Set up campaigns and flows

Choose templates, audiences and the automations that should run.

  3. 03

    Work the inbox together

Your team picks up conversations, assigns them and replies in one place.

  4. 04

    Review the results

Check delivery and campaign reports, then adjust what runs next.

Planned

WhatsApp automation

Connect an eligible WhatsApp Business account and let routine replies, updates and follow-ups run on their own.

Planned

Bulk messaging and campaigns

Plan, launch, pause and reuse campaigns to opted-in contacts from one screen, without spreadsheets.

Planned

Templates and personalisation

Use approved message templates and fill in each customer’s name, order or date automatically.

Planned

Shared team inbox

One number, the whole team. Assign conversations, leave notes and see who is handling what.

Planned

Chatbot workflows

Build answer-and-route flows on a visual canvas, with conditions that branch on what customers say.

Planned

Contact organisation

Tag, group and segment contacts so the right message reaches the right people.

Planned

API and webhooks

Send messages from your CRM, store or own software, and receive events back where you need them.

Planned

Campaign reporting

See what was sent, delivered and read for every campaign, so the next one is better.

Exploring

AI voice automation

A future direction we are researching: voice assistants that pick up and route routine calls.
